We appreciate that everyone is struggling to understand the current situation regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Here at The Retreat we are following national advice and guidance and have temporarily suspended all face-to-face appointments.

Please be reassured that you can speak to us by telephone and also see and speak to us online via video link.

Many people are taking advantage of our video consultations and we would urge you to enquire about this. Find out more here

We are introducing new prices for our services, for current and new clients, in order to increase access in these challenging times and providing more opportunities to support our local community.

We've recorded our first podcast

The Retreat has hosted its first podcast all about mental health, following a visit to our site by journalist Michael Pearson from the 'No Really I'm Fine' podcast.

One of the UK's top 10 health podcasts, according to Apple, 'No Really I'm Fine' can be found easily on your usual podcast downloads.

We were delighted to be asked to talk on the latest programme about mental health services at The Retreat. One of our service users, Rose-Anne, also talked about her experience and described how she has learnt to live with her eating disorder.

The mental health podcast was nominated for Podcast of the Year at the Mind Media Awards and so we're really looking forward to hearing it when it is released later this year.
