Jane takes up the operational reins

The Retreat has taken another important step on its development journey with the appointment of experienced transformation leader Jane Cameron as its new Operations Manager.

Jane is a highly qualified programme management specialist who has worked at senior level in health, education, local authorities and the private sector. She joins from healthcare improvement consultancy Attain after previously working at Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber Foundation Trust.

Jane, who will be responsible for helping to deliver the Retreat’s ambitious new clinical strategy, said: “I’m delighted to be taking up post at such a pivotal time of service consolidation and improvement.

“This is a very exciting stage in the development of The Retreat and I’ll be aiming to support organisational sustainability through building both individual and team resilience in the pursuit of high quality outcomes for our service users.”

In addition to project management experience, Jane brings valuable expertise in the fields of service integration, partnership development, procurement, policy development, organisational strategy, cost improvement, capital projects and business case development.
