Comments from the Leadership Team:

The data shows that our mean gender pay gap is 0%.  This reinforces our position of not discriminating on the grounds of gender.  We are fully committed to the principle of gender pay equality.  We have in place broad pay bandings for roles within the organisation which ensures that people are paid the same for comparable roles regardless of gender.

We are committed to maintaining equality and ensuring that this is at the forefront of any decisions taken regarding roles and pay, and reflects one of our key values - Equality.
