Mental healthcare for people : not for profit
The Retreat is a not-for-profit specialist mental health provider, working with the NHS to provide care for people with complex and challenging needs.
Each of our services offer specialised treatment, with permanent multidisciplinary staff teams trained to work within that framework. We understand that each person who comes here for treatment has a unique recovery journey, and tailor the services to the needs of the individual by a process of shared planning and review of care, to allow a flexible and responsive approach.
We believe the individual, their family and carers should be placed at the centre of assessing their needs and developing a plan for recovery. We aim to give real choice about how their needs are met.
