Open Day - Thursday 10 November 2011

Specialist Older Adult Services are holding an Open Day to introduce to healthcare professionals the new unit, The Retreat Strensall, and their pathways of care.

Visitors are welcome any time 10.00 am - 3.00 pm and there will be presentations at 10.15 am, 11.30 am  and 1.30 pm.

You will have the opportuntiy to:

• Meet the clinical team.
• Hear about the Care Pathways for Older Adults and our outcomes framework.
• Discuss your patients' needs.
