Carer Consultant
Salary Range; £7.50 per hour
20 hours per month
We are seeking to recruit a carer consultant to promote and move
forward The Retreat Carers Strategy and ensure that the needs of
carers at The Retreat are considered.
Essential Requirements
• Have been a carer of a patient at The Retreat (past or present)
• Have an understanding of the needs of carers
• Be able to work flexibly (some weekends) up to 20 hours per
month

Resident Friend
Fixed Term contract for up to 3 years
We are looking for an active Friend to join our community and exercise a Quaker influence on our day-to-day life and work. The hours are approximately 37.5 hours over a fortnight to be worked flexibly. Accommodation is available but it is not necessary for the person to live in. The salary is negotiable.

Northern Pathways
Garrow House
Garrow House in York is a Department of Health pilot project that provides high support community residential services to 12 women with exceptionally complex needs. Run by Northern Pathways – a joint venture between Turning Point and The Retreat – its aim is to manage the transition from secure units back into the community.
Northern Pathways has vacancies for bank nurses in posts of RMNs/RNLD and also support workers on casual contracts. They have vacancies for RMNs full time (several posts)For more information contact:
